"...the destruction of Bush..." "...largely about kicking Bush in the teeth..." You start with a premise that sounds like a paranoid delusion--Nixon's enemies list writ large--that you're using simply to try and deflect attention from the eminently rational criticism of Bush's abysmal performance on the job. If incompetence were grounds for impeachment--odd oversight, that--Bush would be history by now. All your blathering about how everybody's just out to get Bush, for no reason at all, is just that, blather. And insulting blather, as always.

Speaking of insulting: "You can say what you want about the Republicans. I think I know more about it than you do"...Tom, Republicans aren't hidden away on another planet. You're here among us, all around us, and you're doing anything but keeping a low profile. The whole world knows far more about Republicans than it wants to. I've been closely associated with a wide variety of Conservatives and RightWingers and Birchers and quasi-militia types and Republicans moderate or otherwise, all my life. And I would assert that because I am not one of you, not immersed in it and unable to see the forest for the trees, my view of Republicans is far more accurate because it's objective. I see you for how you really are, not how you imagine yourselves to be. And let me tell you, there's a good reason why the most consistent criticism of the Right down through the years is hypocrisy. How you really are is very, very different from how you claim to be. Paragons of virtue my ass.

I can deal with moderate Republicans, it's the whackjob Rightists I have no patience for any more.
