Small businesses employ more people than big corporations. That’s why tax cuts work.
If you think bosses work less than employees of small businesses with multiple employees you will never make it in a small business.
Ask any economic person or see the SBA guide lines and they will tell you have to put in long hours and sacrifice personal time to make it.
I work my ass off 3 to 1 to my employees, but I like it.
50% of small businesses fail the first year and 90% fail in 5 years and a huge factor is not being able to keep up with the demand on ones self. Another words, poor management and commitment at the top.
