Let's use reasoning...

If only one astronaut dies, it means it's not a life threatening situation to the other ones....This would most likely mean the astronaut was ill before, which means the mission will have had to be suspended and the crew would return back as soon as possible (hoping to save him).

I can't see how one astronaut would die suddenly, without harm done to the others (leaks in spacesuits are not life threatening because they allow for a few minutes of oxygen in order to find safety; sapcewalks are carefully prepared, a slow process and never done alone).

Even if an astronaut were to become seriously ill on the way back, he'd be able to tell his crewmates what to do with his body.

There'd be plenty of food for the survivors...unless what caused the illness came from contaminated food (contamination caused by a too long exposure to space, for instance).
