re: Messianic Gore

Nothing YOU say makes it so.

Of course there are fanatical true believers in the Global Warming debate, on BOTH sides. However, science is not dogma. You say, "Gore's appeal is completely emotional." That's a bold faced LIE and you know it. Gore and climate scientists present scientific information and data that can be analysed and debated. Emotion only results when people start to realize the serious dangers. And the grave consequences of the denialist side being wrong about this is totally ignored by you and your ilk. It's like a comet heading our way and you are the guys who keep saying it's a hoax. THINK ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF BEING WRONG!

If Newt Gingrich wanted to train volunteers to talk about government waste, exploring space, building a stronger military or a whole range of other issues, that would be just fine. People would have to right to agree or disagree and argue those issues, but to personalize it and make focus on HIM, calling him a psuedo religious con man would be just plain stupid! Get what I'm saying here?

And are you saying now it's a "myth" the Supreme Court stopped the recount and declared Bush the winner? I think you're slipping off the deep end these days Tom.
