Wait a minute Tom.
There is really something WRONG when an individual is not coherent, or can't string a sentence together. Either he is illiterate, on drugs, or is just plain stupid.

I have met many people in my life, some with speech impediments, but I have never met anyone who can't THINK straight.
Go on, keep excusing him.
