Bush and Iraq have nothing nto do with the world post WWII. To say that everything would have been just fine without the U.S. is pure contempt and completely delusional. The Chinese and the Soviets had their own version of manifest destiny working and the balance was precarious, even with our participation.
As for the stain that will never go away, hold that thought for about fifty years and get back to me. I have seen a lot worse in my lifetime.
