He's what's known as an "enabler".
That's when you become an accomplice of sorts to a crime, misdeed or addiction by ALLOWING the perpertators to continue their harmful ways unabated.

I DO detect a bit of euphoria coming from you Tom. You've polarized this board before and I'll bet you're sitting there, haughty and smug as ever, defending this administration. It seems like there is no bar for your tolerance!
