Look Lindy, I think you're right when you suggest there's no need for snark in this discussion...but that's true for both sides.
As a skeptic, I'm not saying I have a definitive explanation, I'm saying that as things are now there often *isn't* a definitive explanation, so when people like the good doctor says he beleives some UFO activity is the result of alien visitation, it seems to me that he has in fact at least partially closed his mind to possibilities, and has done so on the basis of some very scant evidence.
