I don't, sorry.

I lived next to an airforce base for 20 years and I have seen their night operations with flares.......many, many times. They are beautiful to watch, and they release them at different intervals and they float downward and you can see their smoke trails.

I have seen the video of the Phoenix lights, and they do NOT look like any flares I have ever <seen.>
