I was just afraid the thread would bog down into a draining discussion of how
bullets really look when they bounce off people's skulls, rather than the real
issue, which is the manipulation of the media for the sake of making money,
which is more powerful than even a political agenda.
And I had to throw in something to recognize the fact that there was an
elderly woman who was apparently harmed by the war, no matter what
else really happened.
Hearing about 50 people getting blown up every day in downtown Baghdad
has a bad habit of turing these folks into mere statistics.
