In terms of NASA and govt spending, NASA doesn't get the funds reflecting that is a very high priority. E.g. American Military Space [black projects, ect e.g. DARPA] get about 3 times NASA funding- which I think btw is generally a proper priority- although, *apparently* [since there are mostly black and therefore it's hard say exactly {one can only look at general results and make guesses}] military Space has too much governmental waste.
