Sorry McFly

but there's this line that the man crosses way too often and it seems to happen when one lets down their guard a bit and starts trying to be nice and engage in the non-competitive debates. It begins with this little barb he throws out that disses the other side, tempting you to take ownership in that side. Often of course you do have some connection to the ideology he's putting down even if you don't buy into all their tenets so it always feels as if it's this backhanded slap at you.

I don't know about you but if someone has a problem with something I say I'd rather they come right out and tell me rather than resort to these cryptic little spineless attacks.

And I'm calling the BS flag on this contention that he does this fantastic research. Just because he's prolific does not mean that he actually spends any real time looking to all sides of an issue. Every link he's posted that I've followed has led to this vast network of right wing think tanks that feeds off of itself. At the same time Tom is posting one of his "discoveries", that same story is spreading like wildfire through every right wing talk show and conservative blogging site. All the talking points are there. They're doing the work for him.

Think about it. The man has a full time job like most of us do. I have a hard time just reading the latest posts on here and he's able to spend all these hours "researching the facts" and responding to every post he has an issue with at all hours of the day. What a load of crap.

The stuff he posts is for the most part lies and distortions and you all are falling for it. I wish I could find some way of putting that nicer but to tell you the truth I no longer care if I offend the guy or anyone else that can't see through his charade. ER had every right to be highly offended at Tom. He came back to the boards with a white flag and truly tried to engage the man with kid gloves. Here's the result of that.
