It seems like the Corrs are a commercial success based on what is, to my ear, pretty generic pop music, but you can see that their hearts are in arrangments of traditional Celtic songs. They give it everything they have when they're playing tunes like Toss the Feathers (speaking of drummers, watch for the drum solo in that one--she's no slouch either).
If you like Celtic, Raoul, then have you heard of Alan Stivell? I originally wrote "Don't know if he's still around", then troubled myself to check, and he has a Web site. I was introduced to Modern Celtic in the '70s through his albums, and got the impression that his work was very popular in Europe and pretty obscure in the US (so I got to feel "special").
