Scientists say we should abandon Kyoto

Get this

In Ontario energy consumption per capita is decreasing, but population is growing due to immigration. This is resulting in an overall increase in energy consumption and emissions. So, is trading emission credits really the solution? I doubt it. The problem is that more people are buying into a high energy, high quality of life that isn't available elsewhere in the world. Immigrants don't understand "conservation". They simply want what we have regardless of the consequences. Like nuclear power, they believe they have the right to use that technology too. This is the psychology of people from 3rd world countries.
