I can't imagine worrying about a preemie.
Babies are such delicate and worrisome things anyway.
Life, so very, very precious.

As for croup, sounds terrible.
I remember dragging my kids into a bathroom and turning on a hot steamy shower for them so they could breathe easier. One never sleeps well when their babies are sick.
