I'm still trying to find out more about the publisher, Bookworld Press. Sounds like a vanity press to me. As he's called Doctor, one would think he could find a more prominent publisher, even at his own college.
I'm also still trying to find out what Britt is, or was, a doctor of and from where. There's a vague reference to him as a political scientist, but frankly, the only significant entry for him is this essay and the one book, which is, as you say, out of print.
"obituary", "bio", "biography", "curriculum vitae", "resume"... nuthin. The name sounds familiar, but it could just be residual references to the essay. My database source is down at the moment. Maybe later.
