I seriously think we might see a veto-proof Democrat majority in the House if Obama is the Democrats nominee and McCain the Republicans nominee...

Gingrich himself seems to have given up now on fiscal responsibility. Heck maybe he will be McCains choice as VP.

Washington DC is the modern equivelent of Emperial Rome.
