Your post brings up an important topic: Compensation.

All experiences as they are stored in our energy body have a bias - they stray from the equilibrium of the sum of the whole. We interpret these as positive and negative experiences. Past deaths, accidents and traumas as well as joyous moments, triumphs and new awarenesses all recycle every single time that particular wavetrain reaches the apex of your consciousness again.

In the case of negative experiences, these wave trains need to be balanced or compensated for. Via dreams we can re-experience certain traumatic things and events without having to go through the burden of experiencing them in the physical body. Upon awakening if we put a positive bias on the negative dream, and are fully aware that no matter how horrible it was, that it is now a positive tool by which we can cancel out the negative bias, and truly hold a positive mindset about the whole affair we will start to balance these imbalanced wave forms which constantly regenerate 24/7 and from life to life, spectra to spectra.

This is how evolution of consciousness works - constant compensation and development. New wave forms are absorbed into our fields and they at first have strong biases, then with time, wisdom and experience we compensate and have these wave forms in a state of equanimity.

After a few thousand years or so, the wave forms you absorbed on these planes between physical lives become more dominant. The physical experiences have been mostly mastered and now the imbalanced waves are mostly from these "spiritual" or "non-physical" spectra, though they really are simply just a bit higher up the line on an infinite spectra.

Your consciousness focuses on imbalances. The imbalances are what we encounter moment by moment, day by day. This is the nature of the universe: Energy always seeks balance. So once the physical experiences are mastered (aka balanced) you will grow out of physical lives. Your consciousness now is more imbalanced on a higher level. So now you learn and experience the way life is lived in other manners, without the physical body. Sure there are other worlds with other physical forms one could master as well, but generally, like species of animals, evolutionary development in every type of physical form does not have to be experienced before one moves on to these spectra which are higher forms of oscillating energy than that of atoms.

So compensation is very important.

It is the tool by which you, me and everyone on Earth has the opportunity to evolve.

Likewise, if one fosters and strengthens imbalances, you will degenerate. This is why negative emotions are not healthy. They are the elemental stage and are par for the aborigine and the elemental humans, but are pure poison for someone who has been around the block a few times.

It's all very scientific. Life as we know it, and don't yet know it, is based on the simple sine wave. And each tiny sine wave we absorb will eventually have infinite ramifications. That is why monitoring one's consciousness, attitude and biases are so important.

Yes, this is where we encounter our most difficult stuff. The person we CANT STAND. The situation which is totally UNFAIR. The circumstances which simply seem HORRIBLE. And yet...

...these are the things we must compensate. These are the people, events and circumstances we must learn to see in a new light. Jesus taught it another way, via the word Love - but love is simply balanced & harmonic waves that meet in strong harmonic affiliation. Jesus couldn't start talking about sine waves to the locals of Bethlehem.
