Please don't tell me the Democrats are any more literate in scientific matters than Republicans.
I can find plenty of liberals who think that science is evil or to be discounted on many different levels.
For example: Evironmental whackos who hate anything to do with nuclear power. Or the enviromental whackos who think we can all return to a agrarian lifestyle with little or no technology. You know: Mother Earth is a living breathing being/god and all that quasi-pagen bunk.
