Come on Tom. Enough with the comparisons of Venezuelan communism. None of the current candidates advocates anything like that culture or has any resemblance at all to Chavez.

These are the cheap shots that you throw in a civil conversation that get people so mad at you and cause you to lose all credibility. It's beneath a true intellectual.

Crap, we just got ER back into talking with us again and you're going to start prodding. What's the matter? Feeling outnumbered? If you haven't figured it out by now he actually tries to pull you into bipartisan talks without preaching his own ideology. If you drive away the reasonable people Tom you're going to subject yourself only to people equally as willing to take cheap shots. Maybe that's your plan.

I'm sure I speak for almost everyone on here when I implore you to cut out this Chavez crap. It's getting old and tiresome. If you have some legitimate news story out of Venezuela that you want to share that actually applies to anything going on in our country feel free to share it but very little about what we talk about in here has anything to do with that third world country. Lots of countries have socialistic programs in their mix of political systems and in no way resemble a communist dictatorship and show no signs of going further down the road.
