The answer to your question is obvious. People become bitches, assholes etc. These are things earned. They can even be in some light admirable. Do I admire an ice cold steel-eyed 'bitch' who can beat the 'old boys' at their little game and come out on top? Hell yeah I do.
Your favorite word, its just a weapon to beat a whole group of people with. A leveling down of them to a caricature of human. It doesn't matter what they do, rose to the top of their field, made a million dollars.... Ignorant DICKS will throw that name at them.
