The super delegates. The woman is a total insider, as are the super delegates, and she's going to call in every favor she can to make things fall her way. She's won California, New York, New Jersey, Mass. so far, and will most likely win Texas. Florida's delegates aren't being counted for the primary, but that state is leaning heavily for Clinton as well. The DNC will not want to throw away those votes in the general election by having Obama as their candidate.
