Not gonna happen.

Much better to waste the money on sending humans to Mars' moons...From where they could direct robotic Martian landers in more-or-less real time.

And then from there, they could eventually stage a human landing expedition.

If we ever find water on Earth's moon, then we will be even more likely to find water on Mars' moons.
