If it was a crime to be stupid, you should be in jail.

It can be a crime to be criminally irresponsible. People in positions of power generally have certain duties in which they can be legally responsible to do or not do. And High crimes generally fit into this category.

I could give many examples of what is criminally irresponsible- as in it's illegal, and one can be sent to jail or get other types of punishments or censor.

BUT I should keep in mind that I'm replying to someone with long of history of being stupid [and my giving detailed information in the past hasn't had much result so therefore it is logical that I should have little hope to imagine it would result in understanding on RL's part].

To disabuse me of perhaps wrongful conclusions, perhaps ARRELL could give some examples of him learning anything or gaining any insights from any poster on this board.
