both links are identical, the comment that something is 'criminally irresponsible' is NOT "People at the UN and other scientific bodies are openly talking about making it a criminal offense"

as for the botched weather channel link, I assume you meant http://www.canadafreepress.com/2007/global-warming011807.htm

The opinion of a person working at the weather channel is not "scientific bodies openly talking about making it a criminal offense"... even she, as extreme as her personal opinion is, wasnt talking about criminalization.

So, that makes you a liar.
