Guess where the steel mills are going?

Europe is planning on building steel mills in Saudi Arabia. Producing steel is a "carbon intensive" industry, and to help them meet emission requirements, they're moving mills to Saudi Arabia. Yeah, let's give the fanatics who want to kill us control over the material that builds the skeleton of modern society...all in the name of "carbon neutrality" of course.
