What do you think the CHANCES are of something identical in "simulated war games" co-inciding with the WORST ATTACK ON AMERICA in history? Same scenario? Same time frame?

If this wasn't "planned", then our national security WAS breeched that day and Cheney was IN CHARGE of the war games and allowed this to happen. Therefore his head should be on the stand or the chopping block.
How can our sophisticated military system be hacked by some unruly, stand-alone terrorists with box cutters who hung out at drug infested small airports?

As for "preparing for the wrong kind of attack" (LOL), why on earth would they ever try and simulate it, when Bush, Rice and Tenet ALL SAID they never even "thought of it", that it wasn't even considered......yeah, right.
