Is your opinion significant in this matter- do you know anything about it?
Who in your opinion has enough knowledge in the matter [and can be trusted to give a honest opinion] in this regard?

No is dying or getting sick as a result of current storing methods. I would call this safe.
Trees are more dangerous in the sense that trees kill more people.
