ER's Cars
All cars showroom new, prices approximate and uncorrected for inflation, very few or no options ordered.
Basic configuration: economy 2-dr sedan, standard shift, smallest engine available.
64 VW Beetle - $1600
67 VW Beetle - $1800
71 VW Beetle - $2200
80 VW Rabbit - $7800
82 Datsun Pickup - $8200
82 Datsun 310 - $8200
90 Nissan Sentra - $8400
03 Nissan Sentra (4-dr) - $14000
I'm putting this on current events in case it provokes a thread on car pricing for comparable Detroit vehicles.
BTW, the '90 Sentra is still rolling, 137,000 miles. Can anyone provide prices in 2008 dollars?
