I can't get over the luxury of those considerations.
I don't know anything about the origins of the Universe. I'd like to, but the scales of time, size and energy are way past where my mind will stretch.
However, I can say that I'm amazed the human brain has the capacity and luxury of contemplating such things considering how irrelevant they are to hunting and gathering simply to stay alive.
Not only the capacity, but the time and energy, and mastery of the necessary tools. All able to function in realms unrelated to making flint arrowheads and skinning rabbits.
To my way of thinking that's almost as much a puzzlement as what there was before the Big Bang.
