One of the many wonderful differences between Obama and Bush is that Obama truly does understand the legal issues surrounding something like the closing of Gitmo. When he says it'll be difficult, it's because he *knows* intimately what he's talking about. Bush would just barf up the words he was fed by his advisors.
And yet Obama still intends to close Gitmo. Maybe the wingnutz will choke on it.
