life on ejected planets

If it's true that life originated around deep-sea vents, it might also happen on ejected planets. A global ocean frozen at the surface could be liquid at deep-sea areas.

Similar possibility for ejected Jupiters with Europa- or Enceladus-type satellites.

Detecting these planets would be next to impossible though, and detecting life on them even harder, so it's all complete speculation.
