If you believe in God and have read the bible/Tora you could come to the "simple" conclusion to your question:
Satan hates God, the jews was Gods favoured people in the past. Thus Satan hates the jews. If Satan have success killing jews by the millions many people will come to the conclusion that God does not exist.
Would that not be a motive for Satan to get people to prosecure the jews?
There would not be much other logical reason for hating the jews as apposed to muslims. The jews have not STARTED wars since year 70 A.D and can be considered relative peacefull.
