There is a lot of writing that jewish dispersal and the inability to acquire property forced them to acquire financial skills which have made them subject to resentment. Thre is also the old "christ killer" gambit.
Personally none of that bothers me and I have no dislike for Jews at all. I have noticed some mildly annoying traits that set them somewhat apart but it is not a big thing and annoying traits are common for most groups.
All of the hate is based on their tenacity and refusal to disappear as a culture and religion. Whatever ones opinion of Jews, they are a unique and impressive people.
