The Catholic church did step in towards the end
then Hitler started killing of Poor Catholic Families
you are ignoring that, who ever stepped in, Hitler killed
the numbers of deaths would have gone up if the Catholic church stepped in,
There were plenty of Catholics in Germany during WWII
making it easier for Hitler to kill them off.
