You have to start reading. Or watching.

I'd go with Timothy Goods' "Above Top Secret", a definitive work on military sightings mostly from the UK, but from around the world. The names, dates, reports and follow-up documentations and interviews.

A second choice would be to watch the eyewitness testimonies from Dr. Greers' Disclosure Project. The video is close to 2 hours, but you can see 10 minutes clips on You Tube. Go to YouTube and google Disclosure Project.
