I never bring up the subject first. You do over and over. Each time someone disputes what you present immediately and it turns into this believe/non-believer thing but never, not once Lindy have any of us been presented solid physical evidence and I'm not talking about radar tracks, eyewitness accounts, redacted government documents. All of those things are subject to interpretation. I'm talking first about solid and irrefutable video footage. Every piece I've ever seen even in a world of high definition cheap camcorders and security cameras on every corner is grainy and amateurish and appears faked. Hell, we have high quality video of plane crashes, auto accidents, meteorite strikes. Somebody these days is pointing something everywhere all the time. Do a Youtube search for anything you can imagine and you'll find multiple high quality clips of it and yet when it gets into the UFO section it appears it was filmed in the 50's.
Not only do we not have any definitive video (and yes, I've followed your links before) but if the government has any captured ships or aliens they certainly have not made use of the huge advances in technology they would have gained. We wouldn't be fighting wars with jet planes and bombs anymore. We'd have hovercraft and particle weapons. There would be not one reason for the military to hold back.
And consider this. If our government knew there were aliens visiting our planet, the hawks wouldn't be hiding it. They'd be exploiting the discovery, using it as a pretext to build the military not just to repel an Earthbound army but advanced alien technology. The money that would flow into their coffers would be huge. If the aliens were not a threat, wouldn't it stand to reason that the aliens would insist upon showing themselves? How could our government stop them? You may have a point that they can somehow magically control all the people that would have knowledge of them but they'd never be able to stop the aliens from showing off.
Look, I'm absolutely convinced as are most people of science and logic, that the universe is teeming with alien life and it stands to reason that many could and would be much more advanced than we are. However, all life in the universe faces the same huge challenge - the unfathomable distances between us. It is science fiction that any entity can travel those vast distances in a reasonable amount of time and remain intact, wormholes and space warping considered.
I think all the stuff you show points less to government coverup and more instead to the government screwing with you. They do have secrets (advanced weapons systems, CIA coups around the world, real mortal atrocities) and folks like you would be really good at finding them out. What better way though to keep you off the real track than to keep throwing out UFO, chem-trails, and crop circle cookies. What harm does it do them to create some redacted document and let some patsy spread it around? There's probably a whole division of disinformation just like the Soviets had. They did exactly that to Dan Rather. Probably a few of the groups and individuals that have been linked to JFK's assassination have been fed to us by the government to obliterate the real picture.
There are real government and organizational cover-ups and conspiracies Lindy but to me they stand out like a sore thumb compared to the ethereal quality of UFO theories. You bet the Catholic Church is a master of them. So are the Mormons. So's any group that can convince their followers to put the power of faith behind their convictions.

I'm no more a bully on this subject. Bullies would bring it up first.
