How does on study something that does not exist?
Being an expert on UFOs is like being an expert on fairies and elves. Outside of their mythical and fantastic content, they are void.
My fundamental point is that there is still not a shred of evidence in favor of UFOs (as extraterrestrial intelligence). There are only innuendos, scuttlebutt, delusions, hallucinations, and just plain lies.
Any subject that can't even demonstrate the existence of its central phenomenon after more than 60 years is chasing phantasms.
If you want to convince a rational person that Earth has been visited by extraterrestrials, show me an extraterrestrial spacecraft, a piece of one, or a crew member of one. That is what it will take. Nothing less will do.
