A "black lefty unknown" is returning us to "the center?" I'm not sure I'm the one with a perspective problem. As I said in an earlier post, when socializing health care and taking command of other major industries is considered "the center," maybe things are a bit skewed.
When you think about it, what major policy position is left that could be considered "leftist?"
