Altruism can also mean giving of oneself too

As God is my witness I da NOT have the *what is in it for me?* mentality.

However there has to be some sort of payback because I keep doing it.

I am *less* generous of myself than I used to be because people come to expect it. I have a major problem with that...so I guess I am not all that altruistic.
