Because I think he and/or some friends made those "landing" marks. They aren't the
giant patterns in corn fields that take hours to create.
You said:
"We SUBJECTIVELY have to listen to them and try and figure out what "space" they were in when the event occured."
Aren't we supposed to be OBJECTIVE when it comes to studying such phenomenon?
And his going to the police is neither shocking nor unexpected. He had to get the
publicity ball rolling somehow and nothing does that in a former communist country
like contacting the authorities.
There is the other possibility that someone was playing a practical joke on him or that
he happened to come across the hoax by chance. I admit it is quite an elaborate one
judging by his description, but then again so are those really big crop circles.
Have you checked to see if he is involved in local politics at all? Maybe his town is
looking for tourist dollars and getting UFO folks to visit and spend money was the
easiest and quickest way to go.
I know I sound so cynical, but I too have read these reports for years and most of
them are just so vague and even uniimaginative after a while. His is practically a
throwback to 1955.
