"Religion does not make people better"

I don't know the statistics on that statement...and then it could be argued..."What is better?"

Reason is subjective also. People can *reason* all sorts of behavior. What is reason to one is rationalization or denial to another.

Religion is a starting point. It does not mean that they have to enter the priesthood when they get out..unless one wanted too.
I full well realize that there will be those who con to get in. The outcome can not be predicted for everyone. ...shall the truly needy...the truly wanting to better themselves be denied because of the ones who deceive the system?

Being a volunteer program at Wakulla, does the same church and state laws even apply?
In my opinion, if I am being given a carrot for free...[and voluntarily,] and I am hungry...I will say a prayer before I eat it *out of respect*...one never really knows where a random act of kindness may lead anyway.
