In the long run, we all do what we think is right. If it isn't, we talk ourselves into it anyway.
You are entitled to believe anything you want. Just don't tell anyone what to believe, or let them tell you what to believe. And don't let them tell anyone else, either. Anyone trying to unload their moral code on anyone (or everyone) else usually has something else in mind.
