I understand, but, I have to say that the 'thing' that outwits me, even me is the fact that we've done this before... to some extent, we've done this before (the core of our Milky Way says so). Even if we're alone in the galaxy as of right now, we were not... and maybe are not.

Andromedae is around the corner. Galaxies have a habatible zone all their own.
