Biden's visit will likely further delay the ground offensive

This will hopefully give more time for pressure to force Egypt to allow all the aid piling up on their side of the Gaza border to get through to Rafah.

Meantime, while we speculate on an Israeli strike on Iran, the opposite might happen first. Iran is threatening to intervene. Hopefully the two US naval task forces in the area will deter them.
