That is the top estimate of ALL Iraqi and Aghan deaths, combatants and civilians. We weren't deliberately targeting civilians in those two wars like we did in Hiroshima or Dresden, to my knowledge anyway.

Are civilian deaths that happen while targeting enemy combatants the exact same level of moral evil as armed terrorists shooting unarmed civilians in cold blood? Do you think intent means anything?
