The Dragon's Triangle

It is in or around the Marianas Trench (between China and Japan and running south) on the opposite side of the Earth. If you stuck a toothpick through the middle of Earth (if Earth were an olive--I promise I won't drop it into my martini), it would come out in the Dragon's Triangle (or so they say). An amusing article on the Dragon Triangle. It is interesting to note that evidently both the Bermuda Triangle and the Dragon Triangle are located in two of the deepest ocean areas.

The show I was watching was Earth's Black Hole and one of the scientists interviewed stated the 3% less gravity thing. Wish they had a feed of the program content but they don't. Or annotations. :-)
