No one needs to be organized when the system of rewards is built around 'contributing' to a desired agenda. Congressmen don't need to have secret meetings when voting on items that grant themselves power over others - it comes quite naturally. Scientists, scholars and the leftists in the media who all share a certain ideal world view all do their bit to promiting that view in articles, white-papers and even the entertainment industry. Anything that pushes public opinion towards their view is a win. If global warming looks like a promising way of killing the automobile, looting the rich and setting up that utopian-socialist world that lives in their imagination, they don't need to have secret meetings to push that agenda as much as they can.

What's so sad, is that these same folks who are pushing this agenda don't really understand what life will be like when it arrives. While the plebs may think their bill-paying days will be over, and the scientists and scholars think their importance and financial prospectus will be boosted, or even that by their means, they will leive in a world of fresh air and clean water, nothing could be further from the truth. The world under their agenda will be a polluted sty. As each western nation reduces pollution and dismantles industry, a third world nation will absorb that loss and pollute twice or three times as much. As poverty becomes more equal - the ability of nations to actually build and invent new pollution controls will diminish. As poverty increases, sanitation will fall behind and poverty also will come with increased birthrates, magnifying the flaws of the obsolete sanitation infrastructure.

The capitalist 'rich', contrary to popular belied, DO make the world go round. They make the sun rise in the morning and set at night. When the 'rich' are no longer capitalists - but a few socialist tyrants, incapable of creating REAL wealth, the sun no longer comes up and Earth and humanity doesn't get a happy ending.

Stupidity and escape mechanisms are not a conspiracy - they are the default starting point for human intellect.
