Some woman called me trying to sell me insurance on my account so that if I couldn't make my monthly payment, etc. blah blah blah. I don't HAVE a monthly payment. When I buy something from Dell, I pay it in full after I get the statement. I told her I don't have monthly payments and that I was not interested in buying anything plans. She kept right on. I asked her, "Are you not listening to me?" And she started in again with some crap about protection 3 years blah blah, at which point I yelled into the phone, "I am sick and tired of you people constantly trying to sell me things. When I say NO, I MEAN no. Now leave me the hell alone!" And I hung up on her while she was still talking. Jeez.

Anybody who calls me at 9:00 o'clock at night trying to sell me something and expects me to be pleasant is an idiot.
