I'm with TB.
I have bought 2 desktops and 1 laptop from dell. And some miscellaneous equipment and upgrade stuff. This doesn't sound like them.
On the other hand, fer crying out loud! Get yourself listed on all the do-not-call lists you can find. I don't get phone solicitations at all, any more.
